1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting content (images, text, or links) via SMS/MMS to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Our service provides a collaborative timeline platform where community members can submit content throughout the day. Submissions are compiled into a visual radial timeline accessible via a unique, time-limited URL sent to contributors.

3. Opt-In and Consent

By sending your first submission to our service number, you explicitly consent to:

• Participate in the daily timeline program

• Receive one automated message per day on days when you submit content

• Have your submissions included in the collective timeline visible to other participants

Message Frequency: You will receive a maximum of one message per day, and only on days when you actively submit content.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also opt out by simply not submitting content.

4. User Content and Conduct

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and process your content for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

• Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others

• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code

• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law

• Contains personal information of minors

• Is spam or unsolicited commercial content

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate, and to terminate access for users who repeatedly violate these terms.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Key privacy commitments:

• Phone numbers are stored encrypted and are never shared with third parties

• Submitted content is only visible to other service participants

• Timeline URLs expire after a limited time period

• We do not sell or rent your personal information

6. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

• Change these terms at any time (with notice to users)

8. Intellectual Property

The service platform, including its design, functionality, and original content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service

• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service

• Any content submitted by users

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify users via SMS message or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
